Bo4 wont let me pre download pc

 · Hi, I just bought Kendrick Lamar's new album, which just came out, but for some reason, the only available track is the singles that have been pre-released. Now when I go to the album in the itunes store it says purchased, but wont let me download. All my friends have access to it, but I don't. I did not hide the purchase or anything. Please help. PC BO4 can't find matches. I recently started playing again on my PC and got BO4, but I got a huge problem I have only play one 2 matches in Multiplayer. it takes forever to at least find one person to join the lobby.
